Grayson was begging for a big boy room or to sleep in his big brother’s room for months (which wasn’t happening), so we finally caved and gave the kid what he wanted…his own big boy bed, with a cute new room to go along with it!
The thing that spun this project into motion was a big sale at the Pottery Barn Outlet: 60% off all furniture. So I headed to the outlets with a friend and we knocked out his entire room in 1 trip from 1 store! We got his headboard, nightstand, dresser, rug, and quilt at the foot of the bed, all from the Pottery Barn Outlet!
Well, mostly from 1 store! I also worked with the wonderful company, Beddy’s, and got G’s bedding. I had seen pictures of this bedding on Instagram, but wasn’t sure how I felt about it.
But, you say, “bedding made easy” and I am sold!
The Beddy’s bedding is truly amazing and I highly recommend it! We got the Love at First White Quilt and Nelson immediately wanted to buy one for our bed. It includes a beautiful lightweight quilt, lined with a soft cotton sheet, with zippers along the sides for easy bed-making! It looks so chic and clean in his room and is super functional, especially for a little boy who can now easily “make his bed”! It is essentially a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and quilt ALL IN ONE! The set also comes with shams and pillow cases.
