HAPPY FRIDAY, everyone!! Today’s post is dedicated to my littlest, Grayson, G, or lil’ G.
2016 FLEW by and one main reason is because I had a baby in January of last year…that’ll do it. I barely even remember the year. Last month, we celebrated his 1st birthday. We just had family and close friends over to our house for dessert and it was perfect. 1st birthdays are totally for the parents, but honestly, it is so much fun to dedicate a day to your child, no matter what their age, celebrating who they are and who they are growing to be….it’s just the sweetest. Grayson is a super happy and energetic baby, but he is also JUST AS feisty (he is basically my “mini me”. haha) …hence, our theme for his party, “Wild One”.
Pinterest and Etsy are definitely my best friends when planning a party, but I had a lot of fun creating most of the signs and frames for this party with their inspiration.
The Decor
Favorite Things Poster | Little Blue Olive Party Crown
My go-to bakery is The Bakery off Augusta, which made the smash cake, cake pops, and mini cupcakes, but these amazing cookies were made by a friend, Virginia Vanvick. They were absolutely delicious and so adorable with the theme!
The Celebration
“Inside all of us is hope, fear, and adventure. Inside all of us is a WILD THING.”
Seriously…my mini me 🙂
Cannot believe our baby is ONE! So incredibly grateful for this sweet blessing!
“We’ll eat you up we love you so!”
