Asheville has become a frequent getaway for us as it is so close and convenient, and needless to say, such a great city! They have so many amazing restaurants, breweries, and bars, that it’s hard to get to all of them! It’s a perfect spot for a quick getaway with girl friends, couple friends, or even family. This trip was for the girls, a little reprieve from our crazy boys at home, the leaders of the pack that we refer to as “Triple Trouble”.
So, just wanted to share with you a little recap of our weekend….and as you will see, we basically ate and drank our way through the weekend, peacefully, without any little toddlers stealing our food or throwing themselves on the floor. (But, we missed them of course)
Eats
This restaurant is about as close to Traditional Spanish cuisine I have had since studying abroad in Spain. Everything we ate was absolutely delicious and our service was phenomenal. A few of our favorite things were the setas al jerez (sauteed mushrooms), the albondigas (meatballs), paella de verduras (traditional rice paella), and pan de cristal con tomate (crispy bread) with manchego cheese, of course.
My go to coffee shop when visiting Asheville!
We had dinner at B & B on our last trip to Asheville and loved it, so decided to try it for brunch this weekend and it did not disappoint! The burger was delicious!
They are known for their margaritas and have an extensive list. We had the Traditional, Blood Orange, and the Caliente Margaritas. All were so tasty!
These speak for themselves. They were INCREDIBLE.
BREWS
STYLE
Brewery hopping in the COMFIEST Lilla P Dress.
Dinner out in this adorable Yumi Kim Romper! I feel like her rompers never go out of style. I have one from 8 years ago that I cannot seem to let go of. I got this one recently at a local boutique, J. Britt! Also LOVING these new Kaanas bow slides for a dressy little flat – great for narrow feet!
This Cupcakes and Cashmere Button Down is so loose and airy – a little bit of a crop top and on sale right now! Such a great top for Summer!
Peace out, Asheville! It was fun, as always! Until next time!
