Triple Trouble Weekend

Years ago, 2 of my best friends from college and I named our husbands “Triple Trouble”.  Simply because when the three of them are together, they are TROUBLE! Don’t get me wrong…we have some of the BEST husbands out there and they aren’t breaking the law or anything, but I can tell you one thing…they are up to no good when they hang out.  While this is all true, we are also so incredibly grateful that they have become such good friends, and makes our weekends together that much better.

Triple Trouble and the Queen Bees (as we have recently named ourselves..haha) were together this weekend in Greenville, with our FIVE boys (EIGHT if you want to count our husbands).  We had the BEST time!

Friday night, we stayed in, ate pizza, drank Rosé, and wore our matching PJs from Target.  I used to care less about what I wore to bed, but now I am obsessed with a good pajama set and bonus if they are inexpensive!  Target’s Gilligan & O’Malley brand has some great options! Including these adorable ones we scored on clearance!

Check out some of my favorites below!

These two buddies were so excited to see each other!

On Saturday, we all went up to Lake Bowen for a day of boat rides and swimming!  We all had the best time!

This tan little guy was born to be on the water! He loves every single second of swimming and riding!

Saturday night:  PJ party for the littles…

…And date night out for Triple Trouble!

We started out the night at UP on the ROOF for a cocktail and the best view of downtown Greenville.

My drink of choice on a hot, Summer night:  St. Germain Cocktail.  So refreshing!

What I wore:

Mara Hoffman One Shoulder Dress (On Sale right now!) | Tory Burch Sandals (included in the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale | House of Harlow sunburst earrings (also on sale in many colors!)

We headed to one of our all-time favorites, Jianna, for dinner.  Our friends from out of town had not been, so where we were going for dinner was a no brainer.  In addition to the delicious food, I LOVE the atmosphere and ambiance of Jianna!
So incredibly thankful for these friendships and the lives we live together!
After dinner, we tried out Vault & Vator for the 1st time!  We got on the “waitlist” to get in and only had to wait about 30 minutes.  V&V is Greenville’s 1st Speakeasy with a cool and casual modern cocktail lounge vibe.  I got one of their special features, The Brambler, a gin-based drink and it was delicious!
On Sunday, we had brunch at Swamp Rabbit Cafe, which is one of our FAVORITE places to go with the boys, because we can sit outside and they can run around.  I love how casual and family friendly it is…and their yummy stecca bread, pop-tarts, scones, and lattes don’t hurt either!
We were so, so sad to see our besties leave on Sunday afternoon, but cannot wait for Triple Trouble and the Queen Bees to get together again soon!
